/ Small batch / 100% Arabica /

coffee beans, blended for the way you brew.

Whole beans for café bars and for the kitchen counter. One blend, roasted in small batches, so the cup you pour on Monday tastes like the cup you pour on Friday.

Coffee is a habit.

A blend is a promise.

We keep it every cup.

01/ Method /

how a blend is made.

  1. 1.1

    Choose

Several beans are selected to play different roles: sweetness, body and acidity.

  2. 1.2

    Roast

Small batches, so each roast gets attention and can be tasted before it ships.

  3. 1.3

    Balance

The blend is tuned until it lands in the same place every time. That is the product.

  4. 1.4

    Pack

250 g, 500 g or 1 kg, sealed, whole bean or ground to your method.

02/ Material /

three variants, three package sizes.

five rules for a better cup.

  1. R1
Weigh the beans.Cups vary. Grams do not.
  2. R2
Grind just before brewing.Ground coffee loses its aroma within minutes.
  3. R3
Use fresh, filtered water. It is most of what is in the cup. Take it off the boil first.
  4. R4
Keep the pouch sealed, cool and dark. Not in the fridge, not in the sun.
  5. R5
Taste before you add sugar. Then adjust the grind, not the sweetener.
